Who we are
ROAS Expert is a brand of Westside Techno Consultants, Ring Road 2, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh 495001, India. When these terms say we, us or our, they mean Westside Techno Consultants. Questions about these terms go to rishabh@roasexpert.com.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
Using this site
You can read the site, link to it and quote short extracts with credit. You can’t copy whole pages, scrape the site, or use it to send spam, probe for weaknesses or run anything that slows it down for other people.
The content explains what we do and how we think about growth. It isn’t advice for your particular business, and you shouldn’t act on it without talking to us or to someone who knows your situation.
Prices and proposals
The prices on this site are starting prices in US dollars, before any taxes that apply. They tell you where our work begins, not what your project will cost.
Every engagement runs on a written proposal or statement of work that sets out the scope, the price, the timeline and when payment is due. If a proposal and these terms say different things, the proposal wins. We can change the prices on this site at any time. That doesn’t change a proposal you’ve already accepted.
How work is agreed
Nothing on this site is an offer we’re bound to. Work starts when you accept a proposal in writing, and email is fine. Until then, neither of us owes the other anything beyond what we’ve put in writing.
Audits and teardowns are fixed-price. Retainers are billed monthly. If you start a retainer within 30 days of an audit, the audit fee comes off your first month, as the pricing page says.
Your accounts and data
For most of our work you give us access to your ad accounts, analytics, store or codebase. They stay yours. We use the access only for the work you’ve agreed, and we hand it back or remove our access when the work ends. Anything of yours we hold is returned or deleted at that point, unless the law says we must keep it.
Our privacy policy covers personal data from this site. The proposal covers data we handle for you.
Who owns the work
What we make for you under a proposal is yours once it’s paid for: the ad creative, the copy, the code, the reports. We keep the right to use our own tools, templates, know-how and anything we had before the project started.
We may describe the work and its results in general terms, anonymised unless you agree to be named. The content, design and name of this site belong to us.
What we don’t promise
Growth marketing, SEO and product work depend on things neither of us controls: ad platforms, search engines, AI assistants, your market and your product. We’ll tell you what we expect and report what we see, but we don’t guarantee a return on ad spend, a ranking, a mention in an AI answer or any other result unless a proposal says so in writing.
The site and its content are provided as they are. We’re not responsible for sites we link to.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of this site. For client work, our liability is capped at the fees you’ve paid us under the relevant proposal in the twelve months before the claim, unless the proposal sets a different cap.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The new version goes up here with the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, have jurisdiction over any dispute about this site. Disputes about client work follow the proposal.
